Karmen Liang

Karmen Liang is a Software Engineer at MongoDB, specializing in Atlas Search since September 2021. Previously, Karmen served as a Teaching Assistant for multiple computer science courses at Williams College from September 2018 to May 2021 and was a Research Assistant in the Computer Science Department under Professor Dan Barowy. Karmen gained practical experience as a Software Engineering Intern at MongoDB in the summer of 2020, focusing on query optimization for the Core Server. Earlier in 2018, Karmen worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Sultan Ventures. Karmen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Art History, and Studio from Williams College, complemented by a study abroad program at AIT-Budapest in 2020.
