Martin Kieffer has a diverse work experience in various industries. Martin started their career as an R&D Engineer intern at NACENTECH, where they worked on high power laser diodes. Martin then joined SGS AERONAUTICS as a Non-destructive Testing Engineer intern, specializing in aeronautics and NDT applications.

Martin then worked at Groupe PSA as a Supply Chain Engineer for Alten before moving on to MI-GSO | PCUBED. At MI-GSO | PCUBED, they served in multiple roles, including Performance Analyst and Automotive Project Leader in the Prototype Department. In these positions, they managed projects and coordinated activities across different departments, ensuring timely delivery and production efficiency.

Following their time at MI-GSO | PCUBED, Martin joined Marco Polo Network as a Customer Success Manager, where they served in two roles. Martin first worked as a Project Manager, overseeing projects and ensuring their successful execution. Later, they took on the role of Customer Success Manager for the NA, APAC, and EMEA regions, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Most recently, Martin joined MongoDB as a Customer Success Manager, where they continue to use their skills and expertise to manage customer relationships and ensure their success.

Martin Kieffer's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Lycée Saliège and completed a preparatory course for "Grandes Ecoles" in the field of Physics, Chemistry, Engineering Sciences, and Mathematics. From 2011 to 2013, they attended Polytech Orléans where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences. Following that, they studied at Polytech Lille from 2013 to 2016 and obtained an MSc degree in Materials Sciences Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Martin Kieffer also obtained several certifications. In June 2020, they completed the course "Time to Reorganize! Understand Organizations, Act, and Build a Meaningful World" from HEC Paris. Martin also completed a course on "BIG DATA ANALYTICS: OPPORTUNITIES, CHALLENGES AND THE FUTURE" from Griffith University, and another course on "DIGITAL SKILLS: WEB ANALYTICS" from Accenture, both in June 2020. In April 2020, they completed a course on "Communication and interpersonal skills at work" from the University of Leeds. Additionally, in October 2020, they obtained certifications in "Les fondements de la méthode Scrum," "Préparer la certification Certified Scrum Master," and "Scrum: Niveau avancé" from LinkedIn. Lastly, they obtained a TOEIC certification from ETS in March 2015.
