Mark Coomes

Mark is responsible for overseeing all human capital elements company-wide for over 2800 team members. He provides leadership and direction to ensure that across the Monogram community employees are engaged, have an aligned focus, are appropriately developed, and are delivering to their highest potential. He is an integral part of our senior leadership team, driving the company’s long-term objectives. Mark comes to Monogram from The Doe Run Resources Corporation where he was Vice President of Human Resources and Community Relations. Prior to that, Mark was in human resources management for Pepsi Co. for almost 20 years. He served in the army for six years. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science from West Point and a Master’s of Business Administration from Washington University – St. Louis.
