Emilios T.

Emilios T. is a seasoned professional in type design, currently serving as Creative Type Director and Senior Type Designer at Monotype since November 2018. Prior experience includes contributions as a Type Designer at Production Type and Adobe in 2018, where notable projects included Greek additions to Proto Grotesk and Source Serif Italic respectively. Emilios also participated in Google Summer of Code in 2017, enhancing the Eczar typeface. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Designer at Webarts Digital Agency from 2014 to 2015. Emilios holds a Post Diploma in Type Design from Ésad d’Amiens (2016-2018), a Master of Arts in Digital Arts from the Athens School of Fine Arts (2009-2013), and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon (2003-2007).
