Daniel Højris Bæk

Daniel is Executive Vice President – Organisation, Process & Marketing at Monstar Lab Group. His focus is to strengthen performance across the group through stronger integration, best practice sharing and the right organisational setup. Before joining Monstar Lab group management in 2019, he served as Managing Partner at Nodes, a company he co-founded in 2008 and took from a local niche player in Denmark and turned it into one of Europe’s leading digital product development agencies with offices across Europe and the Middle East. Previous to starting Nodes, Daniel worked as Account Director at a PR and Communication agency specialised within the pharmaceutical industry. Daniel was in 2013 awarded “Talent 100” as one of Denmark’s top 100 business talents under the age of 35. Daniel holds Bachelor (BSc) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Organizational Communication from Copenhagen Business School.
