Pawan Kumar Singh is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various sectors. Currently serving as the Plant HR Head at Montage Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. since April 2016, Pawan Kumar Singh oversees all Plant HR activities. Previous roles include Executive HR at Parle Agro from April 2013 to April 2016, where Pawan Kumar Singh independently managed factory HR activities and focused on implementing positive organizational changes. Prior experience includes working as an HR team member at OMAX AUTOS LIMITED from November 2011 to March 2013 and as an HR Executive at Apco Infratech Limited in Lucknow, specializing in payrolling, recruitment, and compliance with ESIC and PF regulations. Pawan Kumar Singh holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from V.B.S Purvanchal University and a Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies.
