Jessica Panicola

Jessica Panicola is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in education and environmental initiatives. Currently serving as the Recycling Volunteer Coordinator and Program Specialist for Montgomery County Government since May 2022, Jessica previously founded and designed products for Compottery from January 2019 to April 2025, where responsibilities included designing composting products, leading user testing, and launching a crowdfunding campaign. Jessica has held leadership roles such as Deputy Head of School at Tessa International School, focusing on admissions and communication, as well as art educator positions at various international schools. Educational qualifications include an MFA in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts and a Master's in Art Education from the State University of New York at Oswego, supplementing a BFA in Fine and Studio Arts from the same institution.
