Jeong H. Kim

Jeong H. Kim is chairman of Kiswe Mobile Inc., a startup focusing on interactive mobile video. Prior to Kiswe, Dr. Kim served as president of Bell Labs, the communication industry’s most heralded research organization. Dr. Kim’s early career encompassed computer design, satellite systems design and data communications, including seven years as a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy. Dr. Kim has sat on numerous corporate, university and nonprofit boards and currently serves on the boards of Samsung Electronics Co., ARRIS International Plc., and the Nuclear Threat Initiative. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, who named him one of the 10 most influential Asian Americans. In January 2014 the government of France awarded him membership in the Legion of Honor for his services in global technology.
