Kristen Pratt

Kristen Pratt serves as Chief of Staff to the Chief Audit Executive at Moody's Corporation since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kristen held positions at Gold Express Mines, Inc. in Corporate Development and Corporate Affairs in early 2024, and served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Citi from 2014 to 2023, where responsibilities included supporting the Chief Administrative Officer's organization in financial planning and analysis, as well as holding Chief of Staff roles in both Global Consumer Banking Technology and the Enterprise Technology CAO office. Kristen's early career included a Senior Consultant position at IBM, focusing on internal processes and technology implementations, and a Congressional internship in the U.S. House of Representatives. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Georgetown University.
