Sinda Allen

Sinda Allen is the Head of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Programs and Operations at Moogsoft. Sinda has been with the company since March 2019 and in their current role, they are responsible for requisitions, hands-on recruiting, designing and delivering Interview Training globally, and leading a small effective recruiting team.

Prior to joining Moogsoft, Sinda was a Senior Technical Recruiter at Evernote from July 2017 to March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical roles.

Before their time at Evernote, Sinda was the Manager of Talent Acquisition/Executive Search at Qualys from December 2015 to July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting for all levels of positions, managing and developing a team of recruiters, and executing on recruiting strategies.

Sinda Allen majored in International Business at San Francisco State University. Sinda then went on to get a certification from ESET North America in ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training Certificate.
