Senior CRM Manager (m/f/d)

Moonfare is seeking an innovative and seasoned Senior CRM Manager with expertise in HubSpot to become a pivotal part of our team. This exciting role will have you spearheading our CRM strategy, implementing cutting-edge best practices and crafting robust frameworks that ensure flawless cross-functional synergy. This role requires a visionary and strategic thinker with a proven track record in CRM management, outstanding communication skills and the agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

You will:

  • Oversee and manage the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency to improve data metrics, reporting and improve tracking of performance 
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimise lead management, customer segmentation and campaign performance to increase sales at Moonfare
  • Handle API integrations between HubSpot and other third-party applications to streamline workflows and data exchanges
  • Design, build and maintain Tableau data dashboards to provide actionable insights and visualisations for stakeholders
  • Train and support team members on best practices for using HubSpot and interpreting data dashboards
  • Cross collaborate across the business to ensure alignment of CRM data

The next Moonfarian:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM Management, specifically within HubSpot
  • Proficiency in Tableau for data visualisation and dashboard creation
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously 
  • Ideally have experience in the fintech or financial services industry
  • Solutions orientated mindset
