Joseph Pobanz

Joseph Pobanz is an experienced community and property manager with a focus on managing residential and mixed-use properties in the greater Hollywood area. Currently serving as Community Manager for Morguard since October 2022, Joseph oversees a diverse community of 299 residential units and additional commercial spaces while leading a team of 10 employees. Previously, Joseph held similar roles at Decron Properties Corp. and Moss & Company Property Management, managing multiple residential units and ensuring effective operations. Joseph began a career in property management at Legacy Partners, achieving high occupancy rates, and has also developed leadership skills in previous positions at LBPM and Target. Joseph holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Los Angeles Pierce College.
