Johann Choo

Johann Choo is currently a Summer Associate at Morrison Foerster, having begun this role in May 2024. Previously, Johann served as a Judicial Extern at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from January to April 2024 and at the United States Court of Federal Claims from September to November 2023. Johann also held the position of Summer Associate at Morrison Foerster in May 2023. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Johann was a Primary Patent Examiner at the USPTO from August 2014 to August 2022, achieving promotion to GS-14. Johann Choo is pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at The George Washington University Law School, expected to graduate in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University (2009-2014) as well as a high school diploma from Indian Springs School (2004-2009).
