Philip Jaworskyj

Philip Jaworskyj is a seasoned tax attorney currently serving as a Partner in the U.S. Tax department at Morrison Foerster since August 2018, after progressing from Associate in the same firm. Prior to this role, Philip held an Associate position in U.S. Tax at Linklaters from May 2015 to August 2018, including a secondment to the London Office. Philip's earlier experiences include a Summer Associate role at Linklaters LLP, judicial internships in both the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the New Jersey Superior Court, as well as various internships in legal and hospitality settings. Philip holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Boston University.
