Randy Laxer

Randy Laxer serves as Co-Head of the Asia Private Equity Group at Morrison & Foerster LLP since January 2021, previously holding the position of Global Corporate Department Co-Chair and Partner at the same firm from October 2007 to January 2010. Prior to this, Randy Laxer worked as an Attorney at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from July 1999 to October 2007. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School, a JD in Law from the same institution, a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Michigan State University, and studies at Stanford Center for Japanese Studies as well as Konan University focusing on Japanese Language and History.
