Neil Dunn

Neil Dunn is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in the retail sector. Since October 2009, Neil has worked at Morrisons as Head of HR - Retail and previously served as Senior HR Business Partner, collaborating with the Commercial function at the Head Office. Prior to this, Neil was an HR Business Partner at Otto UK from October 2007 to September 2009 and spent a decade at Asda in various HR Manager roles, starting upon joining the graduate scheme. Neil holds a Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 in History and Politics from Durham University, where studies took place from 1993 to 1996.
