Gail Griffith-Roch

Gail Griffith-Roch is currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Commercial/Multifamily Education Content at the Mortgage Bankers Association since 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing all educational coursework related to commercial and multifamily real estate and acting as the subject matter expert for various instructional formats. From 2001 to 2012, Gail was the Managing Member of GR Real Estate Consulting, LLC, providing consulting services to multiple industry firms including the Mortgage Bankers Association and MetLife Bank, with a focus on developing and teaching underwriting and finance courses. Prior experience includes ten years as the Regional Manager for MetLife Real Estate Investors, overseeing a commercial real estate equity portfolio in the New York office and managing a team to implement strategic asset plans. Gail holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a concentration in Finance from Hood College.
