Fraser Sinclair

Fraser Sinclair serves as the Director of Risk and Compliance and MLRO at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP since March 2021, also holding the position of Head of AML and MLRO. In addition, Fraser is a Specialist CPD Trainer at The Law Society of Scotland, where responsibilities include designing and delivering the Certified AML Specialist course to enhance the AML knowledge of law firms in Scotland. Prior experience includes roles as AML Risk Manager and AML Risk Analyst at The Law Society of Scotland, focusing on risk assessment and auditing of Scottish legal firms, as well as positions at Lloyds Banking Group, where Fraser managed AML quality control and training. Fraser's academic credentials include a Master's in Forensic Anthropology and a Bachelor's in Forensic Psychology from The University of Edinburgh and Abertay University, respectively, alongside several anti-money laundering certifications.
