Oz Haque

A finance and M&A professional with 20 years of investment banking experience, Oz has focused on the insurance industry through most of his career. A founding member of Mosaic, he works with the rest of the leadership team on overall strategic direction and also manages alternative capital strategies to optimize capital provision for the company. Previously, Oz was a managing director at boutique investment bank Foros, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions across industries. Prior, he was a director in the financial institutions group at Deutsche Bank, advising on company acquisitions, sales, and capital raises. Oz started his investment banking career at Lazard, after research roles at the World Bank and International Finance Corporation.
