Philipp Rasch

Philipp Rasch currently serves as the General Manager at Motherson Group, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this, Philipp held the role of Chief Operating Officer at EGLO Leuchten from March 2023 to January 2025, where leadership focused on global operations strategy, production oversight in multiple countries, and the integration of lean management principles for improved efficiency and compliance. Between November 2014 and March 2023, Philipp served as Vice President of Manufacturing and previously as Production Director at SWAROVSKI. Philipp also has experience as Senior Manager in Lean & Change Management at Philips Lighting and as Global Operations Manager/General Manager at PLASTON.
