Katherine Spalding

Katherine Spalding is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and higher education administration. Currently serving as a Lead Talent Advisor at Motion Recruitment since October 2022, Katherine has successfully progressed through roles as Senior Talent Advisor and Talent Advisor within the company, focused on IT staffing solutions across North America. Prior experience includes recruitment at Spherion and various positions at Western Carolina University, where Katherine held key roles such as Assistant Director of Annual Giving, Assistant Director for Health and Wellness Education, and Director of Internal Operations with the Student Government Association.
