Ariel McNichol

Ariel McNichol has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Ariel began their professional career in 1997 as an Art Director at FTI Consulting. In 1999, they held the role of UI/UX Design and Content Manager at DIRECTV, and also worked as Director of Art & UI Design at Broadband Mechanics and Executive Creative Director at Lotus Interworks. In 2006, they Co-Founded and became the Chief Product Officer of mEgo, Inc. In 2015, they were the Chief Product Officer at MotiSpark and a Mentor at UCLA School of Economics. Currently, Ariel is Acting Product Lead, Sr Manager, Digital Products and Senior Manager, UX Strategy and Design at CVS Health.

Ariel McNichol holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Ariel also has a Certificate from La Accademia De Belle Arte, Venezia in Art Theirtory, Painting, and Anatomy. In addition, they have studied Clinical Psychology at Antioch University-Los Angeles. Furthermore, they have obtained three certifications from IDEO U and IDEO in 2021: Foundations in Design Thinking, From Ideas to Action, and Insights for Innovation.
