Theresa Gibbons

Theresa Gibbons is a seasoned professional in global education and training, currently serving as Senior Manager at Motorola Solutions since January 2020, focusing on the technical training of access control systems, video management systems, IP cameras, and video analytics. Prior to this, Theresa held roles as Global Training Manager at Avigilon from August 2016 to January 2020, where responsibilities included leading global training initiatives. Theresa's career began at Protection 1 Security Solutions, where from July 2004 to August 2016, Theresa served as Corporate Trainer, facilitating onboarding for new hires, and also worked in customer service and tech support, coaching teams to meet performance metrics. Theresa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University, completing the program between 2012 and 2016.
