Betty Mattica

Betty Mattica is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Hardware Engineering at ARRIS since April 2013, Betty has held various key positions including Sr. Hardware Manager. Prior to ARRIS, Betty was employed at Motorola Mobility for over seven years, progressing from Principal Hardware Engineer to NPI HW Manager. Betty’s career began at Lucent Technologies, where tenures included serving as a Sr. Hardware Engineer, and earlier at Cabletron Systems as a Hardware Engineer. Betty holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
