Heather Marshall

Heather Marshall is a seasoned professional in the water and infrastructure systems sector, currently serving as Technical Director at Mott MacDonald since June 2023, focusing on systems approaches for resilient investments. Previously at Thames Water from February 2018 to August 2023, Heather led stakeholder and community engagement efforts and managed economic regulation and significant investment programs. Prior roles include Finance Manager positions at SSE plc and Ella's Kitchen, as well as various finance and regulatory roles at Thames Water and KPMG. Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Francis Xavier University.
