Herman Bouma

Herman Bouma is an experienced project leader in the energy sector, currently serving as Projectleider at Movares since July 2025. Previously, Herman held multiple roles at MUG Ingenieursbureau from June 2020 to October 2025, including Projectleider energie, Energiespecialist, and Projectmedewerker Energie. Earlier experience includes a position in customer service at Qbuzz b.v. and a role as a sales agent at Tele2. Herman holds a Master's degree in Environmental and Infrastructure from the University of Groningen, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Technische Planologie from the same institution, earned in 2017.
