Manish Dugar

Manish Dugar joined Mphasis in March 2020. A member of the Executive Council at Mphasis, Manish is responsible for the finance function which includes Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Business Planning, Treasury, Taxation, investor relations, etc..

As an established finance leader for ~25 years’, Manish has extensive global leadership experience including shareholder value creation, mergers and acquisitions, financial and strategic planning and budgeting corporate governance across multiple industries including Information Technology, BPO, FMCG, diversified conglomerate, new-age digital and health-tech.

In his most recent role, Manish Dugar served as Managing Partner at Agnus Capital LLP (and board member of QuadGen Wireless Solutions and Clairvolex) where he was responsible for investment, growth, exit in the portfolio companies of the fund.

Before this, Manish was a Chief Financial Officer at Practo heading several functions including Finance, Human Resources, Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal, and Corporate Governance. He drove the go-to-market strategy for monetization and growth. Before joining Practo, he was the CFO at InMobi where, in addition to taking care of the company’s financial and legal aspects, he was also involved in general management and leadership development as well as spearheading their business in Japan. In both these companies, his key responsibility included Investor Relations, raising funds and capital allocation.

He has held several leadership roles at Wipro for over 10 years including as the CEO for BPO business globally and as the CFO for Wipro Technology globally for over four years.

Manish has also been on various committees including NASSCOM, ASSOCHAM, and IMA committees. He is also a member of iSPIRT, an industry think-tank that represents the interests of the Indian software products industry in areas like government policy and the creation of market catalysts. He has also been nominated to the G6, a worldwide group of the top thinkers in the BPO industry.

Manish is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), India, Cost & Works Accountant (CWA), India, Company Secretary (CS), India and holds a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI. He holds a Master of Business Administration, degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta.
