Josh Pisano is the SVP, Product Strategy & Innovation at MRI-Simmons. Josh has over 15 years of experience in the consumer research industry. Prior to joining MRI-Simmons, Josh was the SVP Operations & Technology at GfK MRI. In this role, they directed all functions of engineering, IT and technical operations. Josh also led the digital transformation of data collection, editing and processing systems for the largest national consumer face-to-face research study. Under Josh's leadership, the company successfully released its first data visualization platform, which led to sustainable high margin growth in ARR. In addition, Josh drove substantial cost savings through the development of operational efficiencies and vendor negotiations. Josh also led internal teams through annual external audits and developed company response and remediation plans for all technology systems, including IT, software development, product deployment, change management controls, and data processing.

Before joining GfK MRI, Josh was the Manager of Data Processing Systems at Mediamark Research. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of data processing, including data quality control, data entry, coding, and tabulation. Josh also oversaw a team of data processors and worked closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the company's products and services.

Josh Pisano received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Baruch College.
