Linda Sorbera is the current Global Chief Talent Officer at MRM. Linda has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including roles as the Global Human Resources Director at McCann Worldgroup and the Director of Benefits at Interpublic Group. Linda has a proven track record in setting talent strategy, building strong HR teams, creating recognition and rewards programs, and implementing performance management systems and recruitment strategies. Linda is also experienced in organizational development, and has been involved in integration of mergers and acquisitions into HR policies and benefits.
