About the Role?
Responsible for maintaining the balance between our customers and our MRSOOLs during delivery to ensure optimal service through encouraging a high acceptance rate and resolving any issues that may rise.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor Degree in any related discipline. |
Required personal Qualities |
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift) to ensure we have 24/7 service levels. - Able to work on public holidays and weekends. |
Required competences |
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive) preferred - Good English. |
Minimum Experience |
- 0-2 years of experience and understanding of delivery & logistics business. - Previous experience in a similar position related to dispatching or customer support is preferred. |
