About the Role?
Responsible for working on daily projects that facilitate and maintain our relationship with Vendors in addition to Improving the vendor experience.
What will you do?
- Retaining and reactivate vendors.
- Managing and enhancing the working relationship with partners by being their main point of contact.
- Identifying and implementing new value-added initiatives and being proactive in finding solutions for them through regular contact by telephone, email or face to face meetings.
- Getting feedback from our partners and translated it into product, marketing, and operations improvement.
- Improving operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service.
- Make sure that all partners maintain a high customer experience and briefed them on how to even improve it.
- Monitoring performance of ground operations on day and interval level; to proactively ensure there are no delays to active orders.
- Ensuring continuous improvement by exercising the efficiency of current processes, measuring the impact on vendor experience and on business relationships with our partners.
- Providing recommendations on process improvement related to timely transfer of goods, inventory management relative to order fulfillment lapses, and chargebacks/fines due to failed vendor compliance.
- Manage outsourced vendor support team in a properly and timely manner.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
|
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline.
|
Required personal qualities
|
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift) to ensure we have 24/7 service levels.
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends.

Required competences
|
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive) preferred.
- Good English.
|
Minimum Experience
|
- 1-3 years of experience and understanding of delivery & logistics business.
- Previous experience in a similar position related to dispatching or customer support.
- Precious experience in E-commerce partnerships is preferred.
