Chuck Schwartz

Chuck serves as a team leader and market lead for county and local government clients in the state of Minnesota. Joining MSA in 2013, he brings over 26 years of experience in municipal engineering work throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Chuck is also an trusted city engineer and community partner who is always working in the best interests of those he is honored to serve. Also an experienced grant writer and team leader, he works cooperatively with staff, councils, residents, businesses and other agencies to solve problems and successfully complete projects.

Chuck earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed professional engineer in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Born and raised in Albert Lea, Minnesota, he enjoys making connections with communities of all sizes and helping to make them wonderful places to live, work and play.
