Felipe Andrade

Felipe Andrade is an experienced professional in the cruise and entertainment industry, currently serving as the Partnership & Entertainment Development Manager (Casino) for MSC Cruises since October 2025. Prior to this role, Felipe spent over eleven years at Royal Caribbean Group, starting as a Loyalty & Cruise Sales Associate Manager and advancing to Business and Player Development Executive, where significant contributions were made in generating casino revenue and enhancing customer loyalty. Earlier experience includes coordinating international executive flight handling at Líder Aviação and providing customer service in various banking roles at Bradesco. Felipe holds an MBA in Marketing and an Executive Education degree in People Management & Leadership from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
