As Vice President of Customer Success, Mr. Graff brings more than 20 years of experience in the area of customer support and learning solutions with MSC and Mechanical Dynamics, Inc. Early in his career, after serving in engineering sales support and consulting services roles, he became leader of technical support and educational services division. Focusing on people, processes, and technology to better serve our customers, he effectively manages a global engineering team with best-in-class customer satisfaction that leverages knowledge capture and re-use, optimization of resources through automated routing engines, and modern learning techniques such as self-paced e-Learning with integrated community-based support. He also manages the company's Voice of the Customer program and associated initiatives. Mr. Graff holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University with emphasis in the field of computer-aided engineering.
