Nelle Coady Joubert is a seasoned professional in sustainability and climate finance with over a decade of experience at MSCI Inc., where Nelle currently serves as Managing Director. Nelle plays a key role on MSCI's Sustainability & Climate strategic leadership team, overseeing a team of 25 specialists across North America and establishing best practices for integrating sustainability into investment processes for various client segments. Nelle's previous experience includes serving as Executive Director for ESG Client Coverage at MSCI, where Nelle managed a team focused on ESG integration and client relationship growth. Prior roles include ESG Account Manager at RISKMETRICS GROUP and Manager of Client Services at KLD Research & Analytics, where Nelle developed expertise in client service initiatives and ESG research. Nelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bridgewater State University.
