Jerome Higgins

Jerome Higgins is currently the Access Strategy & Policy Manager at MSD Australia & New Zealand, where responsibilities include designing access and reimbursement strategies to ensure timely availability of medicines and vaccines. Previous experience includes strategy and economics consulting with Accenture Australia, serving as a Senior Policy Advisor and Public Health Officer for the Victorian Department of Health, and founding Form & Practice, a multi-disciplinary healthcare provider. Additionally, Jerome interned at the Grattan Institute focusing on mental health reform. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a finance specialization from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Master of Health Economics from Deakin University, a Graduate Diploma in Economics from the University of New England, and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne.
