Maksim Lomachenko

Maksim Lomachenko is a Lead UX/UI Designer at MSP360 since August 2023, where responsibilities include leading a distributed team, aligning design strategy with business goals, and advocating for user-centric design culture. Previously, Maksim served as a Senior User Experience Designer at TheSoul Publishing from October 2020 to August 2023, providing UX/UI design support and overseeing mobile app development. Prior experiences include Senior User Experience Designer at REG.RU, conducting UX research and creating design systems, and Head of Product Design at Easy_Guide, responsible for key design decisions. Early in the career, Maksim worked as a UX/UI Designer at Livemaster.ru, coordinating projects and mentoring junior designers. Maksim holds a Bachelor's degree in Management on Marketing and Advertising from Smolensk State University, completed in June 2010.
