Bulent Ogretmen

Bulent Ogretmen is an experienced account manager currently working at MSTS Tolls since June 2022, having held various roles within MSTS since 2011, including Fleet Services Business Partners and International Customer Service Representative. With a strong background in customer support and technical assistance across multiple countries in Europe, Bulent has been instrumental in training business partners, implementing new products, and developing process improvements. Prior experience includes customer support management at KOMPLETT, UNISYS, IDEXX, and AVAYA, along with early roles in security and public service at Ferrero and German Postbank. Bulent holds a Higher Work Training degree in Computer Science and has extensive knowledge in technical and customer service domains.
