Jacqueline Burns has extensive experience in the field of information security and risk management, currently serving as a Senior Archer Developer at M&T Bank since 2011, where responsibilities include operational risk management (ORM), third-party risk management (TPRM), and vendor management. Prior roles include serving as an Archer Administrator/Developer in information security and risk management at Globalquest Solutions from March 2005 to April 2009, and as a Consultant/SAP B1 Developer for Serotte, Reich, Wilson from 2002 to 2004. Jacqueline holds a degree from the University at Buffalo.
