MTI appoints four new executives, MTI

Tech company MTI has announced the appointment of four new executives in its leadership team. Craig Parietti has been hired as Chief Financial Officer, and Tony Woods has been appointed Vice President of Human Resources. Current staff members Vicki VanValin and Parbin Chand have been promoted to the positions of Vice President, Global Sales, and Vice President, Production and Supply Chain respectively.

“MTI has committed to building a world class leadership team to serve customers, helping them adapt to the new normal in business brought about by COVID-19. Craig, Tony, Vicki, and Parbin bring together the experience, passion, and determination needed to drive MTI’s growth,” said MTI CEO Mary Jesse. “We are also focused on making MTI a great place to work. Craig, Vicki, Parbin, and Tony each bring the best of what we hope for in our culture and leadership team: humility, transparency, compassion, and inclusivity. This benefits not only our employees, but also our customers and shareholders.”

Mr. Parietti is an experienced industry veteran in the tech sector, who comes to MTI from his last role as Vice President of Finance for HTC America. As CFO, he will focus on developing reliable business processes to help ensure rapid growth.

Mr. Woods has nearly 20 years of HR experience, most recently as Divisional HR Leader at Core-Mark International. In his new role, he will be responsible for building a world class HR team that focuses on recruiting and retaining employees, and creating strong infrastructure that supports MTI’s growth.

Ms. VanValin has been with MTI in a sales capacity since 2012. She has played a significant role in servicing successful brands including Best Buy, Walmart, and Target, and she will now lead the sales team as it endeavors to grow and satisfy its global portfolio of partners.

Mr. Chand joined MTI from Tyco Electronics in 2012, and he has taken increasing responsibility for supply chain management and production in that time. In his new role, he will oversee MTI’s global planning, procurement, manufacturing, and shipping teams, focusing on optimising operational efficiencies and supply chain strategies.
