Kelvin

Kelvin Ma is a highly experienced Senior Construction Engineer-E&M at MTR Corporation Limited, specializing in the integration and inspection of railway systems, with notable projects including the Shatin-to-Central Link and the East Rail Line Cross-Harbour Extension, both completed in 2022. Prior to this role, Kelvin was involved in significant system integration projects such as the Radio Communications Systems and Signalling interfaces for the SCL Phase 1 Project, which successfully commenced services in 2020. Earlier in the career, Kelvin served as a Project Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, managing the design and delivery of IT Data Center Transformation for high-profile clients, including Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Kelvin holds an M.Sc. in Engineering and an MBA from The University of Hong Kong, as well as a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona.
