Yu-Yuen Wong

Yu-Yuen Wong is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Principal Legal Advisor for Mainland China & International Business at MTR Corporation Limited since March 2014. In this role, Yu-Yuen leads a legal team to manage rail-related businesses globally while advising on corporate governance and compliance risks. Previous experience includes serving as General Counsel for Meiya Power Company, where responsibilities encompassed international M&A negotiations and enhancing corporate governance.
