Navdeep Shrivastava is the Vice President of Customer Success at MTX. Navdeep has been with the company since May 2020 and in their current role, they lead and manages the customer success process, sales enablement, and crafting compelling success stories. Navdeep also oversees lead and campaign management, and strategic planning around the activities.

Prior to their current role, Navdeep was the Director of Customer Success at MTX Group from November 2018 to May 2020. In that role, they were responsible for customer relationship management from pre-sales to delivery process, project governance and adherence, customer journey governance, brand positioning and marketing, design and video marketing, organisation strategy and growth planning, team building and operationalising processes and verticals, partner alliances and partner marketing, company events and branding, escalation management, employee/worker experience, and driving company culture.

Before joining MTX Group, Navdeep was the Connect Operations Lead at Topcoder from January 2018 to November 2018.

Navdeep Shrivastava reports to Das Nobel, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Mahesh Nattanmai - President, Vidya Patil - Director, Global Services, West, and Kamal Agarwal - Director, Research & Development.
