Deepa Mahesh

Deepa Mahesh is the Global Head of Strategic Hiring at Mu Sigma. Prior to their current role, Deepa worked as a Fellow at Teach For India from June 2015 to May 2016. In this role, they delivered Business Intelligence & Analytics capabilities to enable Target's global Corporate Security & Asset Protection strategies around protecting people, profit and reputation. Deepa also led & managed a data, reporting and analytics team of 30+.

From January 2014 to April 2015, Deepa worked as a Business Manager at Target. In this role, they delivered Business Intelligence & Analytics capabilities to enable Target's global Corporate Security & Asset Protection strategies around protecting people, profit and reputation. Deepa also led & managed a data, reporting and analytics team of 30+.

Deepa began their career at Mu Sigma Inc in December 2005, where they worked for over 7 years in various roles including Senior Manager/Engagement Manager. In this role, they project and client management for BI and analytical needs for leading retail and technology clients. Deepa was also responsible for driving organization wide initiatives on knowledge sharing, establishing systems and processes and people connect.

Deepa Mahesh has a Bachelor of Commerce from M.E.S College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Malleshwaram, Bangalore-3, an MCA from Bharathiar University, and an Executive General Management Program from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

They work with Madhukar Yarra - Business Head, Ramasubramanian Ramasamy - EVP and Business Unit Head, and Manish Srivastava - EVP and Business Unit Head. Their manager is Dhiraj Rajaram, Founder, Chairman, and CEO.
