Sylvia Castillo

Sylvia Castillo currently serves as the Director and Foundation and Community Outreach Officer at Union Bank, a position held since 2012. Prior to this, Sylvia held various roles at Bank of America, including SVP Consumer Market Executive for both the LA Beaches and South Houston Texas Markets, where responsibilities included overseeing revenue growth, sales, service, operations, and associate performance across multiple banking centers. Additional experience includes roles as Multicultural Marketing Manager, where Sylvia led initiatives supporting the Hispanic market and negotiated multicultural marketing sponsorships, as well as Consumer Marketing Manager, where strategic planning and re-branding efforts were successfully executed for 65 banking centers. Sylvia's early career also featured a role as Community Development Market Manager, focusing on business growth with non-profit organizations and government agencies. Sylvia holds a Graduate Certificate in Retail Banking from the University of Virginia School of Banking.
