Matthew Spano

Matthew Spano is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Executive Director at MUFG Investor Services since January 2018, Matthew has previously held positions as Associate General Counsel and Associate Counsel within the same organization. Prior roles include working as a Lawyer in Information Services at the London Stock Exchange Group from April 2017 to January 2018, and serving as Counsel and Assistant Vice President at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group from October 2014 to March 2017. Earlier in Matthew's career, a position as an Attorney at Credit Suisse was held from November 2012 to September 2014. Matthew holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Government from Manhattan University, with additional education at American University.
