Alain Gordon-Seymour McIob

Alain Gordon-Seymour MCIOB is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project and package management. Currently serving as Project Lead and Package Manager at Multiplex on the ONE Nine Elms project since November 2018, Alain previously held the role of Package Manager at Mace, overseeing significant projects including The Lexicon and Camden Lock Village. Alain's earlier career includes a position as Construction Manager at Balfour Beatty, where major projects included The Diamond at the University of Sheffield, as well as serving as Senior Engineer at Balfour Beatty plc on the Two Snow Hill and Project Phoenix developments. Alain holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University and A levels in Biology, Economics, and English Literature from Lancing College.
