We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Paid Media Manager to lead and optimize our paid media channels for multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads. This role will focus on driving customer acquisition, increasing brand awareness, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through targeted campaigns and meticulous optimization.
Your Focus
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing ads, focusing on performance, conversions and ROAS
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets across multiple platforms to achieve desired performance outcomes, maximizing efficiency and growth.
Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach the right audiences, improve ad relevance, and drive higher engagement.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and implement A/B tests for ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages; analyze test results and apply learnings for continuous improvement.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform strategic planning.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product marketing, to ensure alignment on campaign goals and creative strategies.
Industry and Competitors Research: Stay up-to-date with the competitors and latest trends in paid media, algorithm changes, and new advertising technologies to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Your Background
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing, with a strong background in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.
Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics and knowledge of A/B testing tools and landing page optimization.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience working with AI to improve and optimize own's working process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders effectively.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, Google Tag Manager, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

The salary range for this position starts from 2500 EUR gross per month, depending on experience.
