Ashley Capers

Ashley Capers, MHA, SHRM-CP, serves as a Human Resources Business Partner for MUSC Community Physicians in the Pee Dee Region since June 2023. Additionally, Ashley is an Elite Member of The Black In HR (TM) since March 2023. Previously, Ashley held various roles in human resources and recruitment, including Healthcare Recruiter at McLeod Health and Human Resources Generalist positions at Broadstep Behavioral Health and HopeHealth, Inc. Other experience includes roles at Diamond Hill Plywood Co., PruittHealth, New Hope Carolinas, and as a Certified Surgical Technician at the Medical University of South Carolina. Ashley's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Webster University, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Limestone University, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
