Victor Ribadeneyra is the Manager of Community Engagement and Music as Service at Music Institute of Chicago.

Ribadeneyra has a background in K-12 music teaching, having worked as a band director and assistant band director at School Town of Munster from 2014 to 2016. Victor then transitioned to production work at Ravinia Festival in 2016 before taking on the role of Program Coordinator: Orchestra and Chamber Music at Midwest Young Artists Conservatory from September 2016 to October 2017.

In their current role at Music Institute of Chicago, Ribadeneyra is responsible for developing and implementing community engagement initiatives and music education programming. Victor also oversees the Music as Service program, which provides free music instruction to underserved communities in the Chicago area.

Victor Ribadeneyra has a Bachelor of Music Education/Jazz Studies from Indiana University Bloomington. Victor also has a Bachelor of Music from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. Victor is currently a music teacher at Cinco Ranch High School.
